H7 Grinding srl, founded in the industrial heart of Brianza in the 1990s, began as a mechanical processing workshop specializing in precision grinding and machining services. Over the years, leveraging its extensive technical expertise and innovative mindset, the company transitioned successfully into the design and manufacturing of complete plastic extrusion lines. Extruders
H7 S.r.l. applies expertise in designing state-of-the-art machinery with innovative features.
Horizontal Single-Screw Extruders: Available in both high and low configurations, with front or rear screw extraction, suitable for processing materials like PVC, PS, PP, LDPE, HDPE, PA, ABS, PC, and others.
Vertical Single-Screw Extruders: Adjustable settings to accommodate different extrusion heads.
Extrusion is a key industrial process in plastic transformation, enabling the continuous production of profiles, tubes, and sheets by forcing molten material through a shaped opening. The final product’s geometry is determined by the die’s design.
Twin Screw Extrusion Lines
Designed for demanding applications requiring high output and excellent mixing capabilities. Our twin screw extrusion lines boast a 20% higher output compared to single screw extruders for certain materials.
Winders
H7 S.r.l. designs and manufactures a variety of winding systems tailored to specific needs.
Contact Winder: Suitable for film winding with reel diameters between 600 mm and 800 mm and useful widths from 600 mm to 2500 mm, compatible with mono-extruded and co-extruded materials.
Front Discharge Winder: Designed for sheet winding, handling reel diameters from 600 mm to 1000 mm and widths from 500 mm to 1000 mm.
Rotary Disc Winder: Supports reel diameters from 600 mm to 1000 mm and widths from 800 mm to 2000 mm, applicable to both mono-extruded and co-extruded materials.
Rotary Disc Winder with Automatic Reel Change: Automates the reel change process for greater efficiency.
Carriage Winder: Available with manual or automatic reel change, capable of handling reel diameters from 1200 mm to 1600 mm and widths from 1000 mm to 2500 mm.
Conveying Systems
H7 S.r.l. provides efficient solutions for material handling and dosing, ensuring seamless integration into industrial processes.
Dosing and Conveying for Turbomixer Feeding: Includes a big-bag emptying station, a support structure with a gravimetric hopper, a dust settling filter, and a vacuum loading system.
Dosing and Conveying for Extruder Feeding: Features a big-bag emptying unit, bag emptying station, ground material hopper, micro-component dosing unit, and a vacuum loading system suitable for powders and granules.
Dual Feeding Dosing and Conveying: Utilizes big-bag emptying stations, gravimetric hoppers, dust filters, and vacuum loaders to streamline the feeding process.
Horizontal and Vertical Calibrators
H7 S.r.l. offers precision calibration systems for the production of plastic sheets and films.
Horizontal Calibrator: Designed for sheet production with useful widths ranging from 400 mm to 1800 mm, with larger sizes available on request.
Vertical Calibrator: Ideal for in-line thermoforming applications, with tables ranging from 600 mm to 1800 mm.
Coating Plants: Enable the lamination of plastic film with other materials (paper, fabric, etc.), supporting widths from 400 mm to 1800 mm.
Sheet and Plate Production: Suitable for mono-extruded and co-extruded materials such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PVC, and PA, available in various configurations.
Decorative Ribbon Systems: Designed for stretched film production, supporting widths from 300 mm to 1000 mm in expanded PP.
Screw and Barrel Overhaul
